HVAC Service Technicians:

Current openings for experienced service technicians with at least 3 years residential & commercial experience. Must be capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting air conditioners, gas furnaces, and heat pumps. Experience with boilers, chillers & building automation is a plus. Must be EPA certified. NATE certified a plus. Registered Technician with the TDLR. Valid TX driver’s license. $1500.00 Sign-on Bonus for qualified person with over 5 years experience.  
Residential Sales Professional
Current opening for experienced sales people for in-home sales.  Sales experience is a must but technical experience is not necessary. We only hire top producers. Must be able to focus on taking care of customers air conditioning & heating concerns, indoor air quality, airflow, perform heat-load calculations and present options to the customer.
Commercial Sales Professional
Current opening for experienced sales people for commercial business 2 business sales. Responsible for selling preventative maintenance, equipment retrofit projects and customer retention. Sales experience required, technical experience not required but considered a plus.
Telephone Sales Professional (CSR)
Current opening for experienced telephone sales professional. This NOT a clerical position for someone who also just answers the phone and isn’t really into phone sales. You must be comfortable talking to customers and help find a solution to their problems & offering products. Will schedule service calls and route technicians to jobs. Must be efficient with incoming and outbound calls, and enjoy a busy environment. Must be proficient in word and excel and have strong, accurate data entry skills. Most importantly the right candidate for this job will have a very positive, optimistic, up-beat, ‘can-do’ attitude! They will be energetic, outgoing, friendly and generally a “happy” person with outstanding customer service skills.
