Up Front Pricing

Up front pricing is relatively new to the air-conditioning, heating, plumbing industry, but it is “Old Hat” to the appliance repair, automotive industries, Doctors and Dentists, actually most professional service industries use it.

With this system, our clients now get what they truly want, “The cost before the work is performed.” Also, you WILL NOT pay extra if our technician takes longer than average.

We charge a trip/diagnostic fee. This charge includes all of the time for the Technician to travel to your site AND diagnose** the problem. Our Technician will then present you with a diagnosis and an estimate for repair. You may either accept or decline the repair at that time. Never any surprises!

Up front pricing means no more watching the clock worried about how much per hour the repair is going to cost you. No more surprises. In fact, if our technician does not quote you a price before the work is started, the repair is free.

** basic diagnosis. Comprehensive refrigerant leak scan or searching for difficult electrical problem will incur separate charges - given up front of course!
