Heater troubleshooting

Robbie came in today and once I explained the problem he looked at the various heater elements and soon identified the cause. He did not need to replace anything and made a few adjustments on the fan speed and explained the problem to me and how the fan speed adjustment would fix it. I appreciate his technical know-how and personal approach.
